My earliest and most cherished childhood memories revolve around watching my grandfather and uncle meticulously gut and transform the very place I called home. Despite those formative experiences, I never initially planned to construct, manage, or own property. It was a dear friend's simple yet profound advice—"People always need a place to live"—that inspired me to purchase my first rental property in 2011.

Eleven years later, during what could be described as an ongoing New Hampshire housing crisis, Forward Realty Group emerged with a mission. In our first year, we built two speculative homes. By our second year, we had constructed a custom home, and in our third, we embarked on our first significant rehabilitation project. Each time a project takes shape, I'm filled with the same wide-eyed wonder I felt as a three-year-old, watching transformation unfold.
